Almost fully booked - only 3 more places remaining!

Following the huge success of our 2016 programme, CSA UK and I are now offering the next, powerful Team Coaching Supervision Training Programme that starts in March 2017.  You will find more details in the attached flyer.

During this very practical and experiential programme we'll be exploring the following themes:

  • What is team coaching?
  • The complexity of group dynamics and relationships
  • Holding the balance between the tasks and relationships of team coaching
  • How family systems and dynamics show up in team coaching
  • Stages of coach development and what happens when the individual coach meets the system
  • Supervising team coaches
  • The impact on us as supervisors when the turbulence that may occur from the client system shows up with the coach that may be present in the supervision
  • Our own relationship with groups, and how we as supervisors we attend to this

Module 1: 9th & 10th March 2017
Module 2: 16th June 2017
There will be three evening tele-forums between modules, scheduled for 29th March, 26th April and 24th May 2017. Whilst we hope that you are able to join all three of the tele-forums, they will be recorded and available for all participants to review.
Location: Central London venue tba
Cost: Total fees for the programme will be £960.00 + VAT@20%
This programme is available to all qualified coaching supervisors, so you are welcome to share this email with others you may know who are suitably qualified.
