Creating a Seismic Shift through Coaching Presence with Maria Iliffe-Wood
Venue: University of Herts, MacLaurin Building, 4 Bishops Close, Hatfield
Date/time: Tuesday 21st June from 17.30pm for 18.00pm - 20.30pm
As coaches we are always hoping that the work that we do will have the most profound, significant and fundamental positive impact on our client’s lives.  In other words, as Maria describes it, that a 'seismic shift' happens within our client, such that they are never the same again – in a positive way.
In this short session hosted by AC, Maria explores how the presence and connection of the coach with their client significantly increases the chance of a seismic shift happening.
The session will be reflective and experiential, where you will explore and gain insights about your own presence and connection with your clients.

By the end of this session you will have:
Considered what we mean by presence, where presence comes from, and what gets in the way of presence.
Maria is a very experienced executive and team coach, working with leaders across a broad range of organisations. She is a qualified coach supervisor working with independent and internal coaches, and an AOCS member.
